My pre-launch copies of The Oracles of Troy have now arrived. They look and feel great. Seeing the cover in printed form just makes me like it even more – thanks again to Justine Elliott for producing such an eye-catching design.
If you pre-ordered a copy and haven’t been in touch with me yet, please drop me a line. I also have a few left over, so if you haven’t pre-ordered a copy and would like one (and you live in the UK, as overseas postage is ridiculously high) then send me your details using the Contact page and I’ll put a copy aside.
Next week I’ll be posting an article on writing Greek mythology as historical fiction.
How very exciting, Glyn!! *high fives* So jealous of those who can get their paws on one of those copies! Simply can’t wait for them to become available across the pond! π And, yes, the artwork is fabulous!
22 August is still so far away … π
I feel your pain, Linos! How many times have you re-read the previous books in an effort to quell the need for more? π This is three for me…..
Hi Endorearwen
Only a month now until it’s available in the Americas. Have you really re-read the books three times!?! I suppose I must have read them about ten times each, but that’s called editing…
Best wishes,
Glyn
So nice to see you’ve resurfaced, Glyn! I told you the books were so excellent that I’d re-read them repeatedly didn’t I?! π Remember – better than chocolate…
It IS better than chocolate π !
Delighted to have found this page – and so pleased to see The Oracles are nearly here! I have to confess beating Endorearwen – I must be on at least my fifth re-read of everything, Glyn! You may call it editing – I call it an obsession!
Hi Fiona
Most impressive, but the record – as far as I’m aware – is six readings (excluding myself, having written and edited each book ad infinitum!)
Best wishes,
Glyn
